Cancellations / No-Shows
I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24-hours notice, for any reason, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as booked. It's not a punishment; it's protection of my most valuable resource - my time. The same as your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please understand that when you cancel on short notice, my business is affected negatively and you are also taking an appointment time away from someone else who could benefit from my care.
We do recognize emergency situations, so please contact Mink (Tel. 289-338-2459) If you cannot reach me, please text me or leave a message on my voice mail system. If I do not hear from and you do not keep your appointment, the above billing policy will be applied.
First Visit
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled treatment to fill out the health history form.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, possibly reducing its effectiveness and your relaxation. Your treatment will end on the regular scheduled time so our next patient is not delayed. Full service charge will be applied.
Gift Certificates
A gift certificate purchase is considered a "GIFT" and cannot be refunded by your insurance company. Please confirm your gift certificate at the time of booking by text 289-338-2459 or email at korapinadlamrmt@gmail.com and present your gift certificate prior to treatment. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
**Please note - Due to high volume of patients please allow 2-3 weeks prior booking before using a gift certificate.
Receipts After Payment
You will receive a receipt for your treatment to submit to your Insurance company. The receipt can only be written in the person's name who received the treatment.
Additional Information
Once your time for service/s is booked and your deposit has been verified. You will receive a courtesy text and email reminder 1 -2 days before your scheduled appointment.
